This really explains alot

On facebook, a new application has been developed that tells you what your birth date means. Here's my result. And let me say that I believe it is dead accurate...

It's amazing how effective prayer is

I've been meaning to tithe for about a month now. One week I forgot, one week I was out of town, another week I was sick... yeah. So yesterday in church I remembered at the last minute. Now I figure it all out that I owed something like $8.50 in tithe. I always just round up. So I pulled a ten out of my wallet and write my name on an envelope real quick and slip it in. Pastor Hiser then was about to pray over the offering when he said this to the whole congregation, "We should all give cheerfully and I want you all to take you tithe in your hand and pray over it that God may use it to further His kingdom." So I prayed that God would put it to good use (which I'm sure any use of it in God's case is a good use) and I also prayed that by blessing God, that I would be blessed back.

Well God answers prayers really quickly. As soon as I got home that afternoon I had to run and make a house call to fix someone's computer. While I was there I ended up getting another job to do. I told the lady how much she owed me but she didn't have the right amount so she gave me more than what I asked. I think that's a blessing. So I got more than what I wanted plus another computer job too!

There's only one more thing that I'm praying for that will help out financially and that is a real working job. On the way home on Sunday, I stopped in at ABC Warehouse and picked up an application. I'm hoping that I'll get hired there because they do have a computer section. I think that Best Buy would be better but I'll take what I can.
